Acceptance of Shri B. Janardhan Reddy's resignation as Chairman of the Central Advisory Board

In pursuance of the powers conferred by rule 8 of the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, 1950, it is hereby published for information of the public that the Central Government has accepted the resignation of Shri B. Janardhan Reddy appointed as Chairman of the Central Advisory Board constituted vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 3495(E), dated the 18th November, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 21st November, 2016, with effect from the 22nd November, 2016.
