J & K High Court Orders Release of Human Right Activist Khurram Parvez - 28.11.2016

J&K High Court, while ordering release of Human Rights activist Khurram Parvez, has quashed his detention under Public Safety Act (PSA), saying that Government order was “illegal” and that “detaining authority has abused its powers”.
