Madras HC: Acquittal from Trial Court Provides No Immunity from Departmental Proceedings - 28.11.2016

Madras High Court has ruled that a person’s acquittal of criminal charges by a Trial Court does not provide them with immunity from Departmental Action for their delinquency.
