Delhi HC Notices MHA over Transfer of Court Appointed Nodal Officers - 25.11.2016

Delhi High Court has asked Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to file an affidavit, explaining why two police officials, who had been appointed as nodal officers by court for redevelopment of Chandni Chowk, were transferred without prior permission.
