Bombay HC Allows Peter Mukerjea to Get Truncated Testimony of Secret Witness in Sheena Bora Case - 24.11.2016

Bombay High Court has directed that a copy of a witness statement withheld so far by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Sheena Bora murder case be given to Peter Mukerjea and other accused after deleting a portion of it.
