Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s Reply on Jindal’s Plea for Refund of Additional Levy in Coal Auction - 23.11.2016

Delhi High Court has sought Centre's response on a plea filed by Jindal Power Limited for refund of over Rs 1,185 crore, paid by company as an additional levy for participating in coal auction as a result of mandatory provisions of Coal Mines Act.
