Delhi HC Says Misuse of Trademark ‘Miss India’ Not Allowed - 07.09.2015

Delhi HC has passed an interim injunction against misuse of registered trademark ‘Miss India’ of Times Group, in a case instituted by them against organizers of Miss India Worldwide event who were in a process to hold contest similar to Miss India .
