SC: Elected Representative Can Only Recommend Work under VNS - 22.11.2016

Supreme Court has said that lawmakers in Uttar Pradesh Assembly would only recommend work of a developmental nature in their constituencies under Vidhayak Nidhi Scheme (VNS) but its execution would be by a body of State Government.
