SC Rejects Plea Seeking Directions to Appoint Teachers and Build Schools as per RTE Act - 07.09.2015

SC while rejecting a plea seeking directions to Centre and States to appoint teachers and build schools as per Right to Education Act, has said that it is a herculean task which is not possible to be undertaken as per the Act.
