Bombay HC Seeks Government’s Stand on Child Adoption - 21.11.2016

Bombay High Court has asked Maharashtra government to clarify whether it would adopt model rules framed by Centre on child adoption or it intends to bring about modifications after discussing rules with authorities concerned.
