Madras HC Refuses Relief to Kites Manufacturing Bodies - 21.11.2016

Madras High Court, while pointing to death of children due to flying of kites using manja threads in past, has rejected plea to direct Chennai Police Commissioner to take action to allow manufacturing and sale of kites.
