SC Agrees to Hear Centre's Plea Seeking Stay on Proceedings Before Various HC Against Demonetisation - 17.11.2016

Supreme Court has agreed to hear a fresh plea of Centre seeking stay on proceedings before various High Courts and Other Courts, apart from Apex Court, against its 8 November decision to demonetise high denomination currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000.
