Delhi HC Expresses Dissatisfaction with Civic Agencies’ Efforts to Clean Up National Capital - 17.11.2016

Delhi High Court has expressed dissatisfaction over civic agencies' efforts to clean up National Capital, saying that "officialdom" was preventing compliance of its orders to periodically remove rubble and garbage from public areas.
