Delhi HC Stays CIC’s 2012 Order to Disclose Institutional Donors Details to PMNRF - 16.11.2016

Delhi High Court has stayed operation of a 2012 order passed by Central Information Commission (CIC) asking Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) to disclose details of Institutional donors to fund.
