Madras HC Obtains Undertaking from Madurai Collector to Shift Liquor Shops - 07.09.2015

Madras HC has recorded undertaking from Madurai Collector L. Subramanian to shift two liquor shops run by Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC) while disposing of a public interest litigation petition filed by Samooga Needhi Kalvi Panpattu Maiyam.
