Bombay HC Puts on Hold Transfer of Employee Having Mentally Challenged Child - 14.11.2016

Bombay High Court has stayed transfer of an employee of Maharashtra Association for Cultivation of Science, an autonomous body under Union Government till December 20, saying he had a mentally challenged child to look after.
