Supreme Court Refuses to Put on Hold Allahabad HC Order on DND Flyway - 11.11.2016

Supreme Court, while refusing to stay Allahabad High Court verdict restraining Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd from levying cess, has said that DND flyway connecting Delhi and neighbouring Noida will remain toll free for commuters.
