Madras HC: ‘Is Tamil Nadu Facing Financial Emergency?’ - 11.11.2016

Madras High Court has questioned Tamil Nadu Government for failing to allocate adequate funds for Judiciary and has asked ‘Whether State was facing a “Financial Emergency” and proposed to declare it as such’.
