SC to HCs: Set up Panel to Monitor Sex-Test Cases - 10.11.2016

Supreme Court has stepped up efforts to punish sex-determination of fetuses under PNDT Act and said India could ill-afford a socially explosive situation caused by dropping sex-ratio.
