SC Sends Bihar RJD MLA Accused of Raping Minor Back to Jail - 09.11.2016

Supreme Court has asked a Bihar RJD Legislator accused of raping a schoolgirl to surrender for two weeks to enable rape victim to record her statement before a Trial Court.
