Delhi HC Rejects Plea on Simultaneous Lok Sabha- Assembly Polls, But Calls it ‘Good Idea’ - 09.11.2016

Delhi High Court has dismissed a PIL seeking directions to Election Commission of India to conduct simultaneous Lok Sabha and State Assembly Polls in country, but observed that it was a “good idea”.
