Delhi HC Directs RGPPL & Konkan LNG to hold Shareholders & Creditors Meeting Separately - 08.11.2016

Delhi High Court has directed Ratnagiri Gas and Power (RGPPL) and Konkan LNG to hold separate meetings of their shareholders and creditors for considering demerger.
