Allahabad HC Directs College to Pay Rs. 25 Lakh Each to 150 Students over ‘Wrongful Admissions' - 08.11.2016

Allahabad High Court has ordered Dr MC Saxena Medical College in City to pay Rs 25 lakh damage per student for “wrongly admitting” 150 of them in MBBS 2015-16 course.
