Karnataka High Court Permits Restaurants Having Trade Licence to Serve Tobacco in Hookah - 04.09.2015

Karnataka High Court has ruled that restaurants already having trade licence from the local authorities (BBMP) do not need a separate permit to serve hookahs in their smoking zone.
