Delhi HC Reserve Order on Plea Against 1 Crore Compensation to Ex-Armyman’s Kin - 07.11.2016

Delhi High Court has reserved AAP Government’s decision to award Rs. 1 Crore compensation and a job to next of kin of Ex-Serviceman Ram Kishan Grewal, who allegedly committed suicide last week over “non-implementation” of OROP.
