Gujarat HC: Property Cannot be Straightway Given to Complainant Under Domestic Violence Act - 07.11.2016

Gujarat High Court has held that a property owned by a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) and any suit property cannot be straightaway given to an aggrieved woman complainant under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
