Madras HC Warns State Government of Judicial Intervention on Appointment of TNCPCR’s Chief - 07.11.2016

Madras High Court has observed that "process has not been followed" on appointment of Kalyani Mathivanan as chairperson of Tamil Nadu Commission for Protection of Child Rights (TNCPCR) and warned State Government of judicial intervention on the issue.
