CCI Approves Ashok Leyland's Deal to Buy Nissan Stake in Three JVs - 04.11.2016

Competition Commission of India (CCI's) has approved Ashok Leyland to buyout its Japanese partner Nissan Motors' stake in JVs, which were floated to manufacture and market Light Commercial Vehicle (LCVs).
