Delhi HC: Question of Sexual Perversity Amounts to Mental Cruelty - 03.11.2016

Delhi High Court, while upholding a Lower Court order dissolving a marriage, has said that, raising questions of sexual perversity against a husband amounts to mental cruelty and justifies grant of divorce.
