Delhi HC Rejects Complaint against AAP MLA Akhilesh Tripathi - 03.11.2016

Delhi High Court has rejected plea of an RTI activist challenging a Trial Court order rejecting his plea to lodge a Graft case against AAP MLA Akhilesh Pati Tripathi for allegedly incurring expenses more than prescribed limit in 2013 Assembly Polls.
