NGT Issues Notice on Mahanadi River Bed Encroachment for Baliyatra Fair - 03.11.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued show-cause notices to Chief Secretary, Secretary of Water Resources Department and Collector Cuttack for allowing erection of stalls on the Mahanadi river bed for Baliyatra Fair.
