Delhi HC Seeks Government Response over Illegal Construction in Tughlakabad - 02.11.2016

Delhi High Court has sought response of Government and Archeological Survey of India (ASI) over plea seeking demolition of a factory allegedly built illegally on government land near 'protected' area of historic Tughlakabad village.
