Madras HC Slams Chennai Development Authority over Issues Relating Regularization of Buildings - 02.11.2016

Madras High Court has issued contempt notice to Member Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, asking why action should not be taken against body for disobeying its July 18 order over holding meetings and framing rules on issues related to regularization of buildings.
