SC Rules ' Armed Forces Answerable to Government, Otherwise there would be Martial Law in Country' - 28.10.2016

Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking to restrain Government from using issue of surgical strikes and other actions of Armed Forces for political gains.
