Madras HC Confirms Life Sentence of Lankan Refugee for Murder of Kids - 28.10.2016

Madras High Court has confirmed conviction and life sentence imposed on a Sri Lankan refugee solely on basis of his extra-judicial confession to a Tahsildar, in case murder of a 12-year-old boy and his seven-year-old sister.
