SC Dismisses NSEL Plea Challenging Applicability of Maharashtra’s Depositors Protection Law - 27.10.2016

Supreme Court has dismissed a case filed by National Spot Exchange Ltd (NSEL), challenging applicability of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act (MPID) in alleged Rs 5,600 crore payments fraud.
