Calcutta HC Dismisses Businessman’s Plea to Stay Criminal Proceeding in Jessop's Factory Fire Case - 27.10.2016

Calcutta High Court has refused to stay proceedings against Businessman Pawan Ruia in connection with a case filed by CID following a fire at Jessop's factory here and directed him to cooperate in investigation.
