Madras HC Seeks User Details from Google, Youtube - 26.10.2016

Madras High Court has directed Google and its subsidiary YouTube to part with details of a user (Marupakkam Seithigal) who posted a video content dubbed defamatory by a private company (Lebara Foundation).
