Madras HC Orders Issue of Notice to AIADMK & DMK over ‘Tainted’ Candidates - 26.10.2016

Madras High Court has ordered notice returnable in two weeks to Election Commission of India (EC) on a petition seeking to forbear candidates of AIADMK and DMK from contesting in Aravakurichi Assembly constituency, in view of their “proved corrupt practices.”
