Maneka Gandhi proposes hiking maternity leave to eight months - 02.09.2015

Union Minister for Women & Child Development, Maneka Gandhi proposed increasing maternity leave from three to eight months. The benefit of extended leave is urged to accrue to working women in both the organised and unorganised sector.
