Allahabad High Court Rules, ‘Gift after Marriage is Not Dowry’ - 25.10.2016

Allahabad High Court has ruled that gift articles demanded at time of 'Kalewa' ceremony held after wedding does not amount to dowry unless demand is repeated by groom.
