NGT Notices Uttarakhand Government & MoEF over New Legislative Assembly Building - 24.10.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notice to Uttarakhand Government and Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) for not taking mandatory clearances for construction of a new Legislative Assembly building in Gairsain.
