SC Notices Shahabuddin, Bihar & Central Government over Plea Seeking to Shift Shahabuddin to Tihar - 24.10.2016

Supreme Court has issued notice to Ex-RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin, Bihar Government and Centre seeking their reply to shift Shahabuddin from Siwan District Jail in Bihar to Tihar Jail in Delhi.
