Bombay HC Directs Insurance Companies to Pay Insured Accident Victims Having Fake Licenses - 24.10.2016

Bombay High Court has held that Insurance Companies are liable to pay compensation to victims of road accidents even if they possessed a fake or unauthorised drivers’ license at time of accident.
