Madras HC Refuses to Reconsider its Order Prohibiting Registration of Unapproved Plots - 24.10.2016

Madras High Court has indicated that its earlier order prohibiting registration of unapproved plots converted as house-sites was not a blanket ban, but was limited to some categories of registration that were of concern to it.
