SC Restores Disproportionate Assets Case against IAS Officer - 24.10.2016

Supreme Court has restored a disproportionate assets case against a UP-cadre IAS officer, K Dhanalakshmi, while setting aside an order of Delhi High Court which had quashed the case, after CBI closed a case against her mother for want of evidence.
