Gujarat HC Notices Centre, State on Plea to Increase Income Limit for OBC Quota - 20.10.2016

Gujarat High Court has issued notices to State and Central Governments on a PIL challenging recommendation of National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) for increasing annual income limit for OBCs from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 12 lakh to avail quota benefits.
