Karnataka HC Stays Execution of Death Sentence of Convict in Rape & Murder Case - 20.10.2016

Karnataka High Court has stayed execution of Umesh Reddy, who was sentenced to death in a rape and murder case, till Court adjudicates his plea for commuting death penalty to life imprisonment.
