NHRC Notices Odisha Government over Fire at SUM Hospital - 20.10.2016

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), while taking suo motu cognizance of media reports, has issued a notice to Odisha Government on the fire at SUM hospital that claimed 21 lives.
