Bombay HC Seeks NIA's Reply on Purohit's Appeal in Malegaon Blast Case - 20.10.2016

Bombay High Court while admitting an appeal filed by Lt Col Prasad Purohit, an accused in 2008 Malegaon Blast Case, against rejection of his bail plea, has sought response from National Investigation Agency (NIA) over the matter.
